1. $50 sign up fee, which will be put on your card for immediate and future puchase.
2. You do not need to keep a balance of any kind after you are issued a pit pass; it's up to you to reload the card with additional funds for your convenience.
3. If you would like to leave a tip on your Pit Pass card for your bartender, you need to inform the bartender before you cash out so we can add it to your bill as there is no place to add a tip after you are charged.
4. Your name and telephone number will be put into a bar phone that only your bartender will have access to. This is to text out specials at random. When you receive your first text, it is recommended that you save the number into your address book. If you reply to a text, you will not receive a response. Unfortunately, if you do not receive texts, you will have to rely on good timing.
5. Your email address will be added to a Turn 3 email newsletter that will include upcoming events, coupons, and a calendar.
6. Your Pit Pass is valid only for the person to whom it was issued (ie: YOU.) Specials are limited to Pit Pass holders only. If you choose to buy a non-passholder drinks, you will pay regular price for them unless they are also passholders.
7. You must treat your Pit Pass as though it were a ski pass; if it is not present, you will not be able to use it. Your bartender may be aware that you are a passholder, but without a card, you will not receive the specials. Simply put: don't forget your card.
8. There are two ways to check the balance of your card: you can bring it in to the bar and your bartender can check it or you can log on to www.heartlandgiftcard.com.
9. If you lose your card, your bartender can void out the old card and transfer any remaining balance on to a new card. There will be a nonrefundable, nonspendable replacement fee of $5.00.
10. Since your card will have your name on it, there is a chance that you could be ID'ed to prove that it is yours. If an individual is caught using someone else's card, the passholder will lose all funds as well as all rights to any more specials.
11. If there are any further changes to these guidlines, the bartender on duty will be made aware and will thusly inform you.
